June 20 is the deadline for the Early Bird Discount and the onsite Program Exhibitor Listing.

Exhibit registrations received after the deadline will not be included in the onsite program.

If your booth is already registered, you may add a Secondary Exhibitor or Extra Exhibitors here.

Frequently Asked Questions about Exhibit Registration

* Exhibit Space Registration includes:

One (1) 10 x 10 ft. Booth Space with draping, One (1) 6 x 2 ft table, two (2) chairs

Primary and Secondary Exhibitor Registrations for Full Conference

(Electrical Service, Carpet, Shipping, Booth Cleaning, etc is additional.)


* Limit 1 Primary Exhibitor and 1 Secondary Exhibitor per Booth Space


* Extra Exhibitor Registration is an Exhibit Hall Pass only.

Event & Lunch tickets are NOT included in Extra Exhibitor Registrations

Speakers for the conference must be registered as a Primary or Secondary Exhibitor or as an Attendee.


* Exhibit/Program Hours (see the current program for exact Exhibit Hall Hours):

Sunday, July 20 exhibit hall reception from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Monday, July 21 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday, July 22 from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.


* Set-up: Saturday, July 19 from 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.  and Sunday, July 20 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.


* Tear-down: Tuesday, July 22 starting at 5:00 p.m.
